Clean, cosy and spacious rooms. Interior designer is lovely. Excellent bathroom design. Good price for service offered. Located in town with a cinema just next building. Nice places to eat very close by. Links to other places in bedford is very easy because of location. Nice place for nights away from home.
Nice new Premier Inn! It was quite difficult to find as Google maps hasn't been updated and because of the external works it is hard to see the sign. They could really do with a couple of 'A frame' signs advertising the location from the road by the car park.The overnight car park cost, including the discount from the hotel was 4, which I thought was very reasonable.The food was OK, not fantastic, but perfectly edible and what you would expect.The only negative was the smell in the lifts and whilst waiting for the lifts. It smells damp and of sewage. I'm guessing the hotel is aware as there's air fresheners in the lifts.Other than that, thanks Premier Inn for a nice stay and a cracking night's sleep!
Great staff very helpful and friendly service. We slept well, no noise at all and the bed was very comfortable.Lovely food my only complaint was the choice of drinks in the meal deal. Maybe if there was a choice to upgrade by a 1 or 2 we could have a better choice of drinks.Breakfast was amazing I enjoyed a bowl of fruit salad followed by an Omelette and pancakes with apple juice.
We stayed one night in this excellent premier inn and will be going back again. The staff are professional and friendly. The room was to the usual high standard and the bed comfortable as always. Everywhere is clean and modern. We had breakfast and an evening meal and both were delicious. Well done premier inn Bedford!
Fantastic staff! Rooms are clean and modern (although I did not have a mini fridge or microwave). Beds are very comfortable and the water pressure is very good. A/C is cold. Breakfast is offered for a charge but I have not tried it yet. Overall it is very nice!
