Just a word of caution about letting Autoglass take your car for a 'camera calibration' drive. On the 12th November two Autoglass engineers took my BMW M4 out for a calibration drive. Resulting in them spinning the vehicle off of a dual carriageway and crashing it into some signage and a roadside fence. I'm going to speculate that they put the car in M mode and drove it a little too fast, as the car's traction control system (when not in M mode) is pretty darn good at averting any road leaving opportunities. I accept people make mistakes we are all human, and I didn't give the guys a hard time when I drove down to the crash site. However, going forward I would advise Autoglass to treat all clients cars with respect. The measure of any company is how it puts things right, and swiftly. At the time of the accident, I was promised a courtesy that day; however, it took another two and bit days to get a courtesy car out to me. The reason for the delay was due to the engineer who crashed my car driving it to his home and having it recovered from his address - not something I am pleased about, as I was not told about this at the time and would have expected the car to have been flat bed recovered from the scene. Rather than have someone, clearly in shock, drive it away. Anyway, apparently the hire company didn't know where to send the courtesy car, as there was confusion over the address. The next day the wife was greeted by a recovery man, as they were informed to recover the car from my house (despite me telling FMG the previous day the car is not with me). So in short the car ended up sitting outside the engineers house for another day before being recovered. At this point with so many things going wrong I decided to intervene, firstly trying to change accident management company to BMW's but was informed they handled BMW group repairs. So after a number of calls got the accident management company (FMG) to have it repaired by BMW as I had lost trust in FMG and at the very least wanted to know the car would be repaired correctly. Then the letters from my insurance company came, 'we are being pursued by a third party and It is policy to notify of us of any accident within 7 days, with out response we will have no option but to settle the third party's claim'. I called my insurance and they informed me that the Highways Agency were chasing them for damages. So here we are now over two weeks on, the Highways Agency have been pointed the right insurer (premium saved, phew!) and BMW have sent an estimate to FMG. I'm now aware FMG have sat on the estimate for 3 working days, and I have been told it will take another week for their assessor to review the BMW repair quote. So rather than escalate and approve the BMW estimate without delay the insures want to haggle - the damage ended up being a front bumper, headlight, rear bumper, underside bracing, dent to the floor pan, etc. So rather than put this whole sorry state of affairs behind us, they have chosen to keep me waiting.

It only cost a 1 a minute to speak to most stupid people in the windscreen business! It's been 10 weeks and they can't get the right windscreen for my Range Rover!!! 10weeks!!!! I can understand If there's a few people in a business that find it difficult to perform their job to a acceptable standard but how can everyone that works for autoglass Bedford be so unbelievably useless????? I've been promised a new windscreen 'next week' since June. Now I've just found out from going through my phone bills that that calls to autoglass are premium rate and cost around a 1 per minute. Not only have I had to go to Range Rover and pay 1000 from my own pocket for a new windscreen to be fitted but I've also been charged over 75 for all the calls I've made to autoglass to chase up my windscreen!!!! Autoglass Need to repair and replace staff.

I hope that google reviews will enable me to express my disappointment in the service provided by Autoglass. The reasons for this are.- When pacing my order I specified that matching Skoda privacy glass was to be fitted. I supplied all colours and codes (Skoda codes) in apprehension of them fitting the wrong one. - I was called two days prior to the appointment to say that their sub contractor 'auto glaze' would be coming out.- During the appointment I was at work, my girlfriend met the man, who tried to tell her that it was after market privacy glass (it isn't) I apprehended this situation and did my best to resolve it in advance ( in vein). - He then went on to say that the window regulator was also broken and should we buy one (from a breaker) he would fit it free of charge. They are now not going to do that, I am stuck with a window that doesn't match my car and it doesn't work.I have been promised a refund of 75 which I still i still dont have! Moreover this is the second time I have uploaded this true reflection of events as it seems autoglass has the means to remove it!

I won't be going there again, they wouldn't fix my interior mirror for me

The work I had carried out in May 2017 went really well, the tech was helpful, kept me updated and carried out a great job. Could not fault this service in anyway, really happy and pleased. Autoglass truly lived up to their name and provided the service I was expecting. Thank you.
