The man who provided my quotation was very rude. Implying that Im stupid and cheap. Not once did I mention my budget and I in fact was looking for a thorough analysis and quotation for the works required - but he took one look at me and verbally stated that he doesnt do work on the cheap for people like me.
Excellent, kind and knowledgeable customer service. Went in, two of us both young women, and service was really great, they didn't try and over charge or sell us work we didn't need.Very professional, they documented the whole process for us and even polished out a few scratches for free. I would recommend the firm to anyone in the Bedford area, a brilliant service and lovely people.
