I think this garage is appalling the people that work there are totally clueless. To angie I dont see how its banter to say that women cant park properly Im a woman and I can park perfectly fine thanks :)I dont see women like yourself as role models as you demise women . But the garage itself is dodgy Ive been there a few weeks back and the service is lacking
Fantastic place, couldnt do enough to fit in with the tight MOT deadlines, sourced the part and did the work in half the time and half the expense as Halfords. Dont look anywhere else, this is the garage to go to if you want a hassle-free experience. Oh, and there was a lot of banter about cars, engines, and jokes about the fact that women cannot park :-) Anybody who makes me feel comfortable and not patronised has my business. I didnt feel I was treated any differently because I am a woman.
This garage is one of the worst garages in the country it ranks number one for poor service and poor standards. I took my car in for an mot they couldn't even do the job properly they were quick to demand 45 and when the car failed they were very slow to order parts for it to pass. Despite me telling them the mot was due to expire in the next 24 hours the owner did not care he's a rogue mechanic. Other customers might be happy with his service but for most people I would suggest to stay well clear of this place there are more professional and reliable garages in Bedford- this garage certainly ain't one of them.
