Competitively priced, professional and friendly service. The agent was careful to ensure I was familiar and happy with the vehicle controls before setting off. Vehicle was brand new and clean. Will definitely use these guys again. Top Marks.
Andy from Hertz Bedford is an amazing person, business orientated and customer focused. Although he didn't had the booked car due a shortage in fleet, he called in advance to tell me, he offered a coffee while waiting, he did numerous reassurance that a driver will deliver the car quickly from Milton Keynes station. He is communicative and a joyful person. I received a good almost new car and if the prices will be competitive I would return. Location is not the best and I would suggest a better signalling regarding the shop placement in the industrial park.
Not the best location but staff were helpful in letting us leave our car there while renting a van. Straight forward service, friendly staff, was dealt with quickly (a fairly last minute reservation too). Van was pretty much brand new, very good nick all round. Would be 5 stars, only slight gripe would be location but nothing major.
The manager Is arrogant and doesnt appreciate his customers. If you are looking to rent a car in the bedford area, there are many competitors in the local and surrounding area, I would highly recommend another company that respects your business. Its a great shame as Hertz as a company are fantastic, I rent cars every month and this partical branch is the worst rental car experience Ive had.
