I had the pleasure of meeting the Bedford team last Wednesday 14th November as my bmw broke down and as part of my policy these guys came to the rescue with a hire car for 48 hours. Got picked up and had the hire car keys in my hand swiftly and they were genuinely sympathetic that I had had a 'bad day'. Would definitely recommend these friendly folks
