Was meant to get my car on Friday at 5.30 they then rang me back and said can't get me one till 11.30 am Saturday. The car was meant to be a Mercedes but turned up in a Toyota to be told if you don't like it they will try and change it Monday not holding my breath . And the car had not been cleaned Only went with them as it was sorted out by Mercedes don t think they will be happy.

I have used first time and never again.Impossible to contact with office staff and been charged 300 for a day of hire.Charge for fuel x2!! No parking in the area at all.Just don't bother to copy and paste this text I am sorry to hear... as an answer as is pathetic
