I can't praise this place enough. I take my 4 cats, needing 3 pens here. From not rushing me to settle my cats, not minding me ringing mid-holiday to check on them and giving me a full report to posting pictures on facebook so I can see them for myself, which I think is such a lovely thing to do. Shana and her team take such care of my 4 and you can tell they love all the cats. Best cattery I've ever used. Thank you x
Such a lovely well run establishment to board our precious Millie. Despite suffering from a previous wound Millie was taken immediately to our nominated Vet for prompt treatment. Her care and attention from everyone at Willow Cottage is much appreciated and Millie is just fine. Once again thank you all .for your dedicated care for our pets. Vic & Lyn Stewart
So happy e lucky to have such a good cattery nearby. Shana,the owner, and her team look after all the cats so well! The chalets are very clean. "Eric" our cat is brushed everyday. His pictures are posted on Facebook so we can be closer to him when away. I don't have any doubts in recommending Willow Cottage Cattery to anyone.
