It's not the best, always have an issue with the Exotic Specialist Vet who is very heavy handed. Some reception staff are rude and incompetent! Sadly not many Exotic Specialists around! Not a cheap Vets either!
Excellent initial service, non existent aftercare. Our bearded dragon has been ill for some time and we took him to the vets on several occasions,for various tests and treatment. The initial service was excellent and attentive and not as expensive as other clinics. What disappointed us is the lack of any aftercare, considering that we have been customers of their clinic, always paid our invoices in time etc. Whilst our dragon's illness was never identified,despite the tests and everything else, no one ever called us when we finished to ask about his health...or anything.To us,this says a lot.
Frindly atmosphere everyone seems very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Very tidy and calming practice, definitely recommend.
Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming. Nice cosy reception waiting area, good range of pet produce/toys and information dotted around. Took my bird in and felt at ease :) would defo recommend.
