Lovely staff, clean & very efficient. Staff took a personal interest in my little dog & went out of their way to reassure us and my pet. Nothing was too much trouble and we're very happy to spend a lot of time explaining everything about my pets severe condition. He is completely better now & full of naughtiness! My visit was for very sad reasons as my much loved, elderly cat was at the end of his life. The vet was wonderful, so caring, thoughtful and sensitive. She called me a couple of days later to see how I was and I received a very nice sympathy card from them too. Excellent service!
