Excellent gym for Bedford, leagues above anything in the area.
The best gym/health club in Bedford, no contest! All the facilities & equipment are brand new, serviced and well maintained constantly. Staff are very polite, PTs are employed meaning they are there to help. Classes are very enjoyable and all the instructors are great. Have been a member for about 2months now and really enjoy going. Private car park with loads of spaces that are all wider than usual. Restaurant is loverly including outside seating area. Cant comment regarding the tennis or squash as I dont participate but the courts all look immaculately maintained/brand new.
The PT staff take priority over members here! Twice I have been told to stop using equipment because a PT wanted to use it. The way I was spoken to was not acceptable.
Good facilities. Customer service from front of house to gym floor needs to step up a level but hopefully that will come with time (to get up there with other "premium clubs".). The Fithess classes here are good and great parking!
