Hot Gates has improved my quality of life mentally and physically. I was really nervous when I joined and didnt feel like I would be good enough, however I quickly learnt that its about your own performance and your own goals, mine was my wedding dress!! However that was well over a year ago and I would be lost without this place and the people!
Went to hot gates on a taster 2 1/2 years ago and haven't looked back.I soon realised training here, that i never REALLY worked out before at the gym.At 44yrs old in the best health and shape of my life.The workouts,coaching level and ethics ,equipment and most of all the community are awesome.
I joined Hot Gates last year after moving to the area. I honestly cant say enough how much this changed my experience of moving to a new area- the coaches and members make it such a welcoming community I soon felt at home. The workouts are varied and the coaching team provide as much guidance as needed. Its a great box and has a great atmosphere, it looks great after its recent refurbishment and I would highly recommend!
A great box. With excellent coaches, great facilities and a really lovely community. I have been training here for year and made lots of progress in lots of areas. If you want to change yourself and your life this is the place to start.
