Gym is clean and people are very friendly, there is a swimming pool with sauna and steam room and plenty of classes to enjoy everyday. Can also bring people in to use gym and swimming pool for free on Fridays. Highly recommended.

Go here quite a bit. Looks like a nice place. I only come here to fix the coffee machine.
Premium club but machines often broken and just very tatty.Bikes often out for repair , cross trainers have bits held on with gaffer tape or just plastic missing , some have tie wraps . Seriously , just replace some of this stuff , its been like it for well over a year . Management seem determined to ignore the issue , even arranged a meeting directly with them . Promise the earth and deliver nothing .
Generally I am satisfied. Can't help but agree with one other review on here that equipment that needs repair takes weeks to sort. There are certain other members that are lazy in replacing equipment once used. The card locker system is very iffy my card keeps letting me down on certain lockers. Can't wait until one won't open when I come back from the shower. When I complained I was told 5 pounds to replace card. Taking exception to that I asked who I could complain to. Had to put telephone no on paper and write complaint to wait for manager to call me back. A few days now no call........ Other gyms are available!
