Incompetent at best, Untrustworthy at worst. I sold a car to skoda Bedford nearly 5 weeks ago (no part exchange - straight sale) and despite in excess of 15 phone calls from me and numerous promises from them, they have still not paid off the finance. (if I had a 1 for every promise they have made and broken I could have paid the car off myself!!) furthermore, In this time I have had to make two further payments against a car I no longer own!!! I have no doubt that when buying a car from them they will bend over backwards for you but be very careful as if you need anything post sale, you are unlikely to be helped Im afraid.
