Don't deserve a single star. Awful service. Put a holding deposit on a second hand car and I immediately went off to secure a loan from the bank. Received a text message from the salesman stating that the car could only be held for 4 days. We were moving as quickly as possible with the loan process and just waiting for the money to be paid into my account - I couldn't have moved any faster with this process. I was then told that there was nothing wrong with the car even though I knew it needed some minor jobs completing (wiper blade rubber split etc..). I was told the car was ready to collect even though no works request was agreed between myself and the garage. I requested a refund after receiving further text messages from the salesman refusing to acknowledge issues with the sale of the car. Overall I found them to be rude, putting additional unnecessary pressure on the customer. I had a poor experience several years ago and thought that this experience would be better - sadly I was wrong. I have found another car elsewhere and will be proceeding with the sale.
Good service provided. I have them a fault code and they rectified the issue and a reasonable price and in good time. No issues at all.
had a booking to see a car but when i got there no one came up to me so i left then i call them up a few time about the car and no one called me back so i have took my money and bought a car else were.
I bought my car from this dealership and they called me to remind me about my MOT, which I really appreciated. I found professional friendly service staff. Free (good) coffee in the comfortable waiting area. I got a professional folder with all the results from my MOT inside. All for 55. An outstanding experience, I'll definitely use them again.
Was going to buy a car from here but of the sales man was so rude and made my partner and I so uncomfortable. I ended up buying from another dealer . No need to be rude to your customers when they ask a question about a car they intend buying . I didnt get his name otherwise I would have reported him . Wont be returning or recommending to anyone
