Three stars feels a bit stingy and four a bit generous overall, but I've had mixed experiences with Barons. Firstly, they were really supportive with a recent major issue where they covered most of the 6,400 with a good will gesture. If that had been my only dealing with them, they'd have received five stars without hesitation. But immediately after the car was returned to me the car developed another problem which they said was unrelated. Not sure it can be but there's no proof, so I was charged 178 to replace a coil pack, which included 80 diagnosis. All in all, I can't give five stars because I feel they should've replaced the coil pack for free, but I can't give less than four because of the good will gesture.
I am really pleased and impressed with the service I get from Barons mini, they go out of their way to ensure you get the very best service, which includes friendly hospitality, free health check videos, courtesy cars and a car wash and vacuum! Definitely the best service I have ever experienced! Keep it up guys thank you
Always great service and the best thing is they arent always looking to replace bits you dont need like other BMW mini garages I could mention
Had a broken boot latch on the Mini and subsequently called them to say I had a broken boot latch. After a 4 week wait, I arrived to be told it would be a 96 inspection fee to see what the problem was with my broken boot latch. I then received a call at lunchtime to say that I had a broken boot latch and would need a new one! Wow! Really?! I was shocked I had a broken boot latch. If only I knew....Repair was fine but the most expensive item on the bill was the inspection for my broken boot latch
Excellent service, a little bit hard to get through on the phone but once in contact - knowledgeable, personable and proactive (Kim). Stunned you'd collect and return from over 10 miles away. Service to time, warranty work identified and processed and my car hovered and washed. Top Service.
