The customer service of the whole team - with special thanks we must note for Scot, Kara and John who were accommodating, professional and friendly through the whole time.11 months almost to the day we closed off our storage needs. I looked at several self storage places before choosing this one for the following reasons; Location, Spotlessly clean, Great staff, and Price. After a few months we realised we needed a larger unit and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended.
I couldn't recommend Viking Self Storage in Bedford more, they have been amazing and if we hadn't moved from the area we would still be using their services. The staff are excellent and understanding, the storage units are spotless and the flexibility and price are all you could ask for. Just excellent!
