The storage of our camper was good, though we had rental increases each year with no explanation! When we moved our camper I gave written notice and spoke with one of Graham's staff, as Graham was on one of his many holidays!! I checked the address to post the fob and sent it as Graham had sent it to me in a padded envelope, first class. Graham has denied receiving the fob, though I have proof of postage. He has accused me of not giving notice as another excuse not to return my deposit. FOUR months later Graham is still refusing to return my deposit!
Would not recommend. After two years storage we receive a new invoice with 75 increase and no explanation. Gave notice as soon as received invoice. Now they wont refund the 30 DEPOSIT for the key fob as apparently need a month notice to do that. How can we give a months notice when the invoice was written LESS than a month before new year was too start and we gave notice as soon as we received it. Very unprofessional.
Good caravan/motorhome storage with good security.
Cannot recommend this site enough. Graham and his staff are absolute fantastic. Aswell as his wife who herself helped me with some issues over the phone lastnight. My motorhome is always kept locked away and secure but always available for me to collect at notice. I will highly recommend to friends, family and caravan club. Thankyou :)Mrs. L. Sumner
This company has dump our motorhome out of it's secure parking next to his building project and mean next too it, we are less than 2 foot from an uprooted tree and Graham has the cheek to Charge 650 every 6 months. But the worst thing of all about this cowboy operation is they have left our motorhome out over the weekend when pay for undercover storage. I will not recommend this site to anyone, infact I will be making comments and recommendations to the caravan club not to use this storage facility for it's members.Kindest regards,Mr.A.Sumner.
