Slow service but they took some meals off ,but excellent when it did arrive
Service very slow, just the drinks order we waited 30 minutes. Lemonades were flat. Ten of us at the table. Two meals had to be sent back as kept getting them wrong. Three meals were cold. Some people had finished the mains whilst others hadnt even got them.. Waited over an hour for food. Only got four pieces of chicken on the whole plate. It was freezing in there. Ended up not paying for four out of the ten meals. Only positive staff were friendly. Would never go back.
Have been here a few times and usually its OK but tonight was a bit of a let down. Placed our order pretty quickly when we got in (Friday night so quite busy). Drinks didn't arrive despite asking for them three times. Then our food didn't arrive, had to ask the manager. Some of the food then arrived really quickly, was obviously thrown together and rushed out, greasy, tasted OKish but not great. One of the starters didn't arrive at all. We went to the till to pay the bill as I didn't fancy waiting until the spring for it to arrive. No apology. Very poor.
Always superb food and service. Love the free tea top ups. I've never left hungry. Highly recommended.
Fresh food, nice staff. My only gripe is the relationship between food price and food portions, almost no meat in any of their dishes. The quality of the mains has been declining over the period of time this branch has opened. I'm discouraged to come back and pay almost 40 a visit for 2 people and come back out hungry. Sort out the portion sizes, I'm not the only one complaining, a girl sat in a table next to mine and sent her noodle dish back because it had about 5 pieces of chicken in it. Very inconsistent for a chain of this size. I expect a lot more.
