Very impressed with service throughout! We had an unfortunate experience with the first vendor loosing a lot of money however Simon made the experience more bearable and pulled us through it! They kept our buyer on board and we eventually exchanged some months later. Highly recommend this agent as they dont come across like other agents and are very personable and non pushy!
I want to recommend Rob Smith at HollandSmith as he assisted me to sell my house which was part of a fairly long chain. He offered reassuring advice, always answered my calls and acted swiftly on my behalf whenever I requested a follow up on something. The same can't be said for all involved and I began this process with a slightly cynical view of estate agents which I'm glad to say Rob turned on it's head! I would definitely look at buying/selling through HollandSmith if I were staying in the area and would like to thank them for their assistance throughout the process.
