The service I received from Urban and Rural was exceptional. Tony provided very helpful advise and his valuation was spot on. All the staff in the office were very helpful. I was notified of all appointments by text and email and received feedback on all the viewings. Tony was also very pro-active once the chain was complete and he put in a lot of work chasing solicitors and the other purchasers to help speed things along. Special thanks to Julie who worked very hard on the day of completion providing regular updates. I would thoroughly recommend Urban and Rural.
