I was there for a Bedford Vegan Festival. A nice place with nearby car parking. Nice building and a good hall for events.

Informative educational and welcoming even if you have never heard of John Bunyan worth a visit

Truly a MUST see place if you are a fan of the great John Bunyan & his literature, life story, etc......Small, but full of interesting things to see, read & absorb from the incredible life of this amazing man of God, worthy seeing it again and again, you won't regret it!

A particular type of history is hereby presented and done well with books, pamphlets and guides. Interesting and suitable items and placards develop John's life and that of the Christian understanding he had and how it has since impacted the world. This was through his strong stand on his beliefs and his book "Pilgrim's Progress". Most worthwhile for any who have had anything to do with the latter, and the way people stand for their Christian faith when under pressure to opt out. Parking can be had nearby and there was a light meals only cafe within the Church building (which is a valuable tour itself with Pilgrim's progress detailed in headlight glass).

It's a beautifully refurbished of a historical building near the river Ouse, Bedford. John Bunyan Museumis a must visit in Bedford, which primarily dedicated to the life, times and works of John Bunyan (1628-88), an English writer and Puritan preacher, who best remembered as the author of the Christian allegory The Pilgrim's Progress.Previously the Church was a barn in an orchard in Mill Street. Then in 1672 the congregation bought it & where the Church remains to this day on this site with the name of Bunyan Meeting. Bunyan began his work as a minister of this Church in the same year.
