ORDERED OVER THE PHONE DUE TO JUST EAT SERVICE CHARGE AND DELIVERY CHARGE. THE MANAGER TOLD 1 HOUR. BUT WHEN WE HAVEN'T HAD ANYTHING AFTER AN HOUR, WE DID TRY TO CALL BUT PHONE WAS CONSTANTLY BUSY. THEY HAVE INTENTIONALLY PUT THE RECEIVER UP HENCE IT WAS SHOWING ENGAGED MESSAGE EVERYTIME WE TRY. MY SUGGESTION IS- PLEASE DO NOT RUN AWAY FROM PROBLEMS, TRY TO SORT THE PROBLEM OUT, TALK TO THE CUSTOMER EVEN THOUGH IT IS LATE. LEARN LITTLE BIT CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH MAY HELP YOU TO RUN THE BUSINESS SMOOTHLY.
Usually good food but today I placed an order at 8pm, expected time 9:20. Tried to call 20 times to find out where the food was but the line was busy, in the end canceled it at 10:45pm with justeat.
Very horrible, waited 2.30 hours for a chicken chow mein, smelled and tasted burnt. Not worth 1 star! Very bad defo not having again, do not recommend!!
They illegally charge 50p for debit card transactions. This was pointed out to a staff member who said they knew it's illegal, but the manager still insists they break the law! What else are they doing that's illegal?
