I ordered at 19.00pm and got it an hour late, also had three bites missing from the receipt when I phoned up twice to say to them that they missed it off but they were assisting that the stuff was in the bag when it wasn't in the bag and also the food was freezing cold when we got it and had to wait 30 mins for them to send out the rest of the stuff on the receipt. WORST PLACE EVER TO GO NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!
Tonight isn't the first time I've ordered a takeaway delivery and received the wrong product. I've lost all confidence in their ability to interpret an order. Waste of money, as it went straight in the bin. Avoid.
Sorry but this is true. Known as the last resort in Bedford. Even then, I have never felt compelled a second time. Absolutely tragic.
LOVE, love, love this place.. great staff and the burgers are excellent. So worth the calories. Always my first choice for a great burger !!! xx
Very poor. Waited an hour and a half for our order to arrive after having to call to find out where it was (of course it was "on it's way!) When it came, part of our order was missing. We called and they said they would send it and then got a very half hearted "sorry. This arrived 30 mins later. As for the food. .....the pizza was fine. The pork was tough and tasted burnt and was cold. The rest was passable. Never again.
