After some slight communication issues at the start of the process, I found 'Palmers Solicitors' very helpful and pulled out blind to meet the closing date of a house which I bought from auction. Freya and the rest of her team who dealt with my purchase, did so in a quick and efficient manner and tried their best to make it as stress free as possible. There was a few hiccups (from the mortgage lending) solicitors side, but these were dealt with in a quick and timely fashion.
