I dealt with Hannah at Woodfines, Hannah was always consistent in her advice and at times when I was probably over emotional about the situation Hannah found the perfect balance of understanding my personal situation and keeping me on track in regards to the law, her advice was always logical, Hannah always kept in very close contact with me updating me all the time when relevant, at times she spent longer than she had to over the phone with me to make sure I felt reassured and in the loop, amazing service and felt very personalised in regards to the service.

Very poor would rate zero if I could we went there about an issue with our ex landlord was quoted a fixed price.The job has still not been completed we've lost 10k worth of possessions and they sent a bill for almost 3 times the price now they trying to sue in court
