Milan Blue Fabric Office Chair. I have had this chair just under a month at the time of this review so can't comment on wearablity yet. When purchased it ended up being delivered to us which was a nice surprise as the shop we purchased from said we would have to collect from them. There was a small hole in the fabric on the rear of the back beside the stitching. I emailed a couple of photos to Teknik on 22nd Nov, had a quick reply from Kat. I had a new back delivered to me on Saturday 24th, EXCELLENT. Thank you Kat & Co. The chair is comfortable and being fabric you don't get sweaty where you shouldn't get sweaty!!! I recommend this chair to you, at the moment.
Excellent quality chairs weve had 2, unfortunately I broke a wheel when moving furniture and thought I may have to buy another one. I emailed the company and Suzy messaged straight back asking for my address and sent a full set of new wheels out that very day. I cant remember the last time I received such quick service. Amazing polite company and quality products. When the time comes and I need a new chair I will stick to buying from Teknik. Thank you
Best customer service ever! Bought a chair some 5 years ago and the gas lift became lose, called them and got the new gas lift in a day(!!!), then I failed to detach gas lift from the mechanism that attaches it to the seat - and I was sent the new mechanism for free next day! Absolutely brilliant!
Absolutely wonderful service. I bought an office chair a few years ago (which has been great) but unfortunately a caster recently snapped off. I called Teknik who answered the phone immediately and after sending them a photo of my chair they put a complete set of new casters in the post which arrived today. 5 mins to change the casters and I'm good again for years. Terrific.
Kat and Suzy in Customer Service have been wonderful so very helpful, patient and understanding over and above the call of duty! I cannot thank them enough. I hope Teknik Ltd. realise what an incredible asset the Company has with Kat and Suzy. It is so refreshing in this day and age when after sales service and customer care have deteriorated considerably. These ladies do a great job. By the way, the chair is good too.
