Good value. A week later than the promised 6 week ETA, but then delivered approximately on time as agreed.
Purchased from here the other day, rubbish service and and terrible management. Warning you guys to never buy from this company ever again! They refused to refund me and refused to listen. Cause damaged on my walls.
Worst customer service ever, from the beginning to the end. Four hours late to deliver my bed, did not contact us at all. I had to chase them up about when my bed was going to be delivered. My bed was damaged and the ceiling had marks, I explained to them that my room is a loft conversion please be careful. I decided to go and explain what had happened the manager immediately goes were closing in 10 mins. I then explained calmly what had happened the manager refuse to hear my side and refused to give me some money back when my bed frame was 400 and was being arrogant. After a long argument the manager then realised that he was in the wrong and apologised for being rude, loud and unprofessional and we also apologised too. The manager stated that I will be getting 50 back but then I decided I will get back to them the next day. On my behalf my sister went in to the shop to get the refund and only gave 30 back and argued again. I then rang the next day to see why I was only given back 30 the colleague I spoke to was already giving me bad attitude, he explained that they removed the damaged marks off my bed which I appreciate but that doesnt excuse him for being rude then I started to get angry and then he put the phone down on me. The colleague then rang me back and I explained sorry I will not be purchasing anything from your company again, this whole experience has been rubbish. The worst customer service I have ever had, manager and colleagues unprofessional and rude, not organised and lack communication with their colleagues.
Rubbish company, delivered the goods one month late and the wrong goods as well!
