I agree with all the comments, a very kind empathetic gentleman. My fathers body had to be examined by a local doctor,so Perry arranged for him to be transferred from Kettering hospital to a local undertakers in Wellingborough so that could take place. He then transferred my father to his funeral parlour. I can honestly say he went the extra mile without further costs. The whole affair was conducted professionally and compassionately. Ten months later I had to ask Perry for another invoice addressed to a family member, which he promptly did, again with no cost. It is very reassuring that there are still people around who are prepared to go that extra mile. Thank you Perry for all your support at a very distressing time.
Perry was really good when my partner died: we had the funeral at Bedford crem early in May this year. All of my partner's family were involved in decisions concerning the funeral and all of my partner's friends, who came to the service, said how good it all was. All of this was organised by Perry and we could have paid 5000 for the same level of service, flexibility and sensitivity with a bigger funeral directors.The bill was the only good surprise about the whole sad affair, well under half the amount quoted above. Perry manages this as he has much fewer overheads, but does not stint on quality of service.Thank you Perry
It seems strange to be reviewing a funeral service, but I couldn't fault a thing from start to finish. Incredibly helpful and respectful.
Perry was just the kind of person you need; quiet, respectful, sensitive and considerate. He tuned in immediately and completely to how we wanted things to be, and made sure that happened. Everything was just how we wanted it and we were very happy with everything. I would not hesitate to go back to Haseldines if I need them again.
