Utterly horrendous! Do not use the co-op funeral care on Ampthill Road. At a very traumatic time things were made a whole lot worse! Natalie was rude, incompetant and lacked compassion. Messed up dates for funeral, didn't fill name out correctly...absolutely no idea what she was doing and what.s worse is she didnt care!! How you can be uncaring in a profession like this is beyond me! Thank goodness we moved to Molyneaux Jones who were marvellous! And cheaper than the co-op for a far better service!!
