Very inconvenient short working hours!
Terribly short working hours, had to walk under scaffoldings and tools to get to the basement office which is where they serve regular citizens and they also do not accept card payments, only cash.Added on to that I had to post my own documents since I was told that all posts are posted once every 2 months and I'll be better off sending them myself to speed up the process...
