I have fill up the forms and paid for my Angolan passport... I have been waiting so far 5 months. Disgrace!!!I spoke with the receptionist and he said that Angola doesnt have the paper to print the passports. Angola never has anything when it comes to give to people what they deserve by right. Tired of your politics. Get the paper from Jose Eduardo santos or MPLA= movimentos politicos de laddies de Angola
I love it. I was able to get my visa on time. Nice staff. Just make sure to get there early and have your forms or whatever you need completed , original documents and photocopies. I spent less than a hour there because I yse their website to bring the necessary documents anx my forms were already completed. Keep in mind is only open from 9.30 to 11.30. And if you are a foreign or dont have your Angolan documents in date you can only give your forms and documents on wednesdays and fridays.

I was satisfied with the service provided. The visa took a little longer than expected due to additional authorization needed from Luanda. It is also quite hard to get a hold of them on the phone. However, they are pretty quick and responsive to emails, and the whole process was ultimately a success. Decent job in all.
Last time I went there back in March ... I was well treated. I had my baby with me and they had staff members helping me to handle the documents and giving me the time I needed to fill it. Superb! I'm honestly very happy with the customer service on this new consulate . Keep it up
