Much the same as any Argos experience staff will try to upsell you insurance or extended warranty. Service is a bit slow.
Quick and friendly assistance for me although staff finishing a conversation on local market stalls before they serve is not a good example of customer service.
Very unhelpful staff and in breach of their own returns policy. Junior manager in need of more training.Went to another branch where staff are better trained and received a customer service you'd expect.
Service was a little slow and at one point there was no assistant at the counter. I usually use the store at the retail park and the service is far better.
