Prices were the lowest nationwide on-line for the Giant bike I was looking for. Their staff replied to all communications both quickly and clearly and I was able to telephone and speak to the same person I had emailed with any additional questions I had. They put up with my awful cheap folding bike, then my troublesome 1994 mountain bike and now they fix up my modern hybrid bike whenever it needs it. I went in to purchase a road bike using the cycle to work scheme. I told Steve my budget and what I was looking for and within 20 minutes we had a bike picked and were looking through accessories.
