Parking is easy and free. The shop is open convenient hours. The interior layout is a little confusing and that makes it difficult to find some products.

Takes 10 minutes to get through the phone first of all. Secondly, I have been waiting for nearly two weeks for a 10 minute job on my bike and its getting expensive having to get a taxi daily now while the bike has still not been worked on. Originally the time frame given was 3 days which was reasonable but now its been 12 days and still the same bs. If you are looking for a service then dont go halfords. Only thing they can handle is shelf stock.
Friendly staff . Great effort made to be with all despite being under pressure. Good job. Everything was made easy by well informed people. It is not a garage it is a retail store and honestly one of my better experiences in retail shops 5 stars
