Station urgently needs an upgrade but instead, EMT have been allowed to cut the number of peak fast trains and now have the two fast trains an hour leaving within 15 minutes of each other??? (These trains dont even come at peak times)If not commuting, the station is brilliant for getting into London quickly.
I had bad experience with the lady in the ticket counter, as she was rude with me twice, not good service at all. First time I was ignored her but the second time she still rude, I dont understand why. If she doesnt have service mind , she could find another job. Another counter was good just only this lady. Annoyed !
Too small for the amount of people that use it, hardly any of the tills are ever open and aren't enough automatic ones. Stairs are way too busy when a train comes in and no drop off system for parking and generally tiny amount of space for it. Also not that I use them, but the lifts have been down for months to get been platforms
I was travelling on 14/112018 and have lost a silver chain bracelet. It is of great sentimental value to me, if found there will be a reward. Thank you
