The Women who work/run this store are rude, slow, rubbish at their jobs and have issues.Miserable oddballs probably all in the same family since they all act the same. I suggest u don't give them your money Hopefully they will close

I've lived in Kempston my whole life & ever since I can remember the staff at this branch are so unbelievable rude rude RUDE! My family and I go out of our way to never use this branch but occasionally it can't be helped. Stood in line one time, parcel in hand, the only customer in the building. Waited for 5 minutes with two of the ladies both behind the counter counting money & tidying up. I had to go up to one of them to ask to be served only to be told sorry I'm not serving at the moment you have to go to the cigarette counter! WHY LET ME STAND THERE FOR SO LONG & NOT TELL HIM THAT. I said exactly that to her & she just stared at me blankly until I just walked away. Just went in now for travel money & same idiot didn't understand me when I asked for Danish money. I'm so done with this place & these are only two recent incidents I remember. My family could add 100 more. I will never use their services again
Always rude!! The female staff in the post office and shop are so unhelpful. I don't think they understand that a rude service is unacceptable! I would rather travel to town than go there. Real shame as I imagine their 'can't be bothered' service is going to lose Kempston a post office. The manager really needs to step up!
There is a reason why there are so many low reviews of this shop. The family are so rude and prejudice. My disabled mother has been injured in this store and the workers made out it was her fault rather than help her even though my mother never blamed anyone. Recently an Indian gentleman (I use the word gentle loosely) blocked my mother in the cat park and would not let her leave. The man was very abusive to my mother and my mother asked the store workers to call the police to which they did. My mother is elderly and disabled and was scared. Even after dropping her medication, the young female worker gave her medication to the Indian gentleman who would not give them back to her. This was like a scene of kids bullying someone defenceless on a playground. Employees of this shop should be ashamed of themselves. Do not give your customer to them.
