Kindest staff ever seen in a library !Must be one of the best in BedfordshireDon't step back when u see the entrance as the real library is upstairs!Looks small and not easy to find from the outside but is really big inside.Located on 3 floors, 1st got only stairs, leaflets and not much.Second floor is the main library and if u need a computer, there are plenty on top floor.Make sure u r in time and before 4p.m. as they stop working at that time, unless u got a pluss membership, which is free and once applied u can use a computer extra 2 h, till 6p.m.If u r bored they also got a cafe by the entrance, literally located on the stairs before the actual library hall, good architect thought to save space !Printers all over the place and staff present when u needGreat place to be
Its a lovely place to go, when you want peace and quiet, mainly good for revisit and studying, but also a great place to find a book what is in your mind.
Nice place. Very helpful and polite staff however could use some customer service training. Printing facilities fail often, it would be common sense for staff to politely go around and inform people or let them know before they spend hours on the computers. Lack of communication and try to minimise queues.
