I came here and bought a chain which was worth a lot of money, I left it with the jewellers so that they could find a nice gift box for it, I got home after collecting it, I opened the box and found a different chain? The chain that they gave me was broken and was a different from the one I had originally purchased. I called the shop up and complained saying that there is a damaged chain in the box and it is different to the one that I originally bought?! They said "That can't be?" and tried to tell me that I was lying. So I went back to the shop and they had closed early? I was devastated as it was a present for my grandmother from my mother. My mother was panicking and was so upset due to the behaviour of this jewellery shop! I tried calling them multiple times and tried to go to the shop but it was closed every time I went there for a whole 2 weeks? THIS SHOP IS AN ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES. DO NOT USE. DO NOT TRUST THEM. I WOULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS OUT OF 5. BEWARE. DONT EVER USE THIS JEWELLERY SHOP. I HAVE COMPLAINED TO TRADING STANDARDS AND I HOPE THAT THEY GET SHUT DOWN FOR WHAT THEY DO.
