Very Very RUDE staff's pour service and don't care about customer's requirements and satisfaction.I really recommend everyone not to buy flowers from here, it's a family business and the whole family work's there the mum, dad, brother, sister, soninlaw, daughterinlaw, they all are VERY VERY VERY RUDE FAMILY THEY CHARGE YOU MORE THEN WHAT U ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION OR THERE REQUIREMENTS. bad attitude from this company, various friends agree with me, they admit errors but no apology and very rude hostile to point of severe hostility conduct anger voice displays over phone. i have never been subject to this before in my entire life. bad business comany who keep making mistakes to customers orders and delivering flowers to wrong addresses at 8am on sunday mornings asppauling business.
