Excellent prompt, professional and tidy service, job done well. Churlish of me to point out that there was a hidden extra charge to pay by clicking a link in the emailed invoice. The extra charge wasn't obvious and was only noticed after payment when the total had magically increased. Invoice2Go seems to charge payers 2.9% +$0.30. There didn't seem a way to cancel the transaction and pay for free by bank transfer or cheque.
