Nobody picks up the phone for whole day. I rung 7 times. When reviewing the outcome of the visit with other dentist she made different diagnosis. And I went to her as wasn't sure if actually the dentist was right.
Saw Rachel today as my filling from years ago fell out. I didnt have to wait at all for an appointment and they called me in on time. Rachels care and attention to my needs were second to none. I felt no pain and if all my experiences of dental treatment were as pleasurable, I would book just for a tooth pamper for the sake of it! Thanks to the team there.....the service, treatment and experience was exceptionally wonderful.
I must admit I hate going to the dentist and I get truly nervous even for just a normal check up. After 26 years of uncomfortable visits at different dental surgeries.. I have finally found a dentist and a surgery that makes me feel relaxed. I had the pleasure to meet Fatima and the manager of the practice. I've been visited today and both made me feel at ease and they were so gentle, so kind.. the time flew by and I had a filling and for the first time ever I felt no pain during the procedure and I didn't feel like panicking. They explained the full process all the way through and they tried their best to make me feel comfortable. They fully succeeded! For the first time in 26 years, I finally wasn't uncomfortable and I am not scared of going back in 6 months time for the next check up. I will definitely spread the good news all the way throughout Bedford.. "I have finally found a gentle dentist who cares!" All the members of the staff were super kind with me and my mother. From the receptionist, who is superbly sweet and kind, to all the dentists and nurses that you see passing by. You can breathe a relaxing atmosphere within the surgery and you can really see that they all genuinely care for their patients. I really would like to thank Fatima and the manager for the accuracy and deep gentle care showed today. I will definitely come back more willingly next time. Who knows, I might even start liking going to the dentist!
Great team. Really friendly and always make you feel at ease.Amazing work at rebuilding a broken tooth and replacing a filling for me, you would never know it wasnt the real tooth. Lovely local practice.
Been a patient here for years now and my teeth have never been in better condition!Very understanding practice towards those with a fear of dentists & I've never had to see anyone else because my dentist wasn't there, which is quite important to me, I trust him implicitly. Hygienist also very nice and informative. Big thumbs up and big toothy smile from me!
