Amazing location, beautiful log fire, cold coffee and the most underwhelming breakfast I've ever had.... Was literally two eggs and dry bread... Not worth the money.. Shame really as it used be quite nice... Wouldn't eat here again.
Great atmosphere and location. Sophisticated. Suggested for a romantic dinner out. Good food and well presented. Service careful. A little bit pricey but I guess adeguate to the level of the venue.
Had a Christmas works party, we were well looked after. Stayed in a room and was very nice. Will be staying again!
We stayed here for a two night weekend arriving Saturday morning and departing Monday morning. We also booked a table for a family lunch on the Sunday. These guys need some sort of medal. Everything was perfect thanks to the very hard working staff and I want to mention housekeeping staff in particular who were brilliant. Well done everyone. Your efforts haven't gone unnoticed. This is our fourth stay here and certainly won't be the last. Hope someone from the hotel reads this, just to let you know what a great job your doing. thanks.
My favourite restaurant/bar in Bedford. Located on the embankment just down from the town. Lovely outdoor seating area. Dog friendly. Coffee is the best! Has been my regular for many years. Cozy, nice atmosphere, great drinks and classy/upmarket. Highly recommend for a relaxed drink or morning coffee.
